Here I will Show you about 3dsmax 3d spray effect studio tutorial.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
How to create a Spray effect with the help of particle system in 3ds max.

[1]-Now create a Model like this in the 3d max

[2]-Use the following setting create a plane like this in the top view and
Set like this in the perspective view

[3]-Now click on the Geometry > particle system > Super spray
Set the Super spray like this in the front view

[4]-Now open the basic parameter and use the following setting

[5]-Open the particle Generation palette
Set the (Use Total: 1500) and (speed: 2.36)

[6]-Open the particle type palette
Select the (Standard particles) and select the (Sphere)
Now set the (Spin Time: 60) (Variation: 33) (Phase: 180) (Variation: 100)

[7]-Open the bubble Motion palette
Now set the properties like this
(Amplitude: 1.6)
(Variation: 00)
(Period :
(Variation: 40)
(Phase : 180)
(Variation: 100)

[8]-Open the particle Spawn palette
Use the following setting

[9]-Now your object should like this in the left view

[10]-Use the following setting creates a two material like this and assign to the given object

[11]-After assign the material press (F9) you will see the final image is ready
Save the file in your folder
