Here I will show you about 3dsmax 3dmodel Pepsi My-cane studio tutorial.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Edit poly Modifier and Editable poly techniques

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Box and use the following setting
Create a box in the top view and set like this in the front view

[2]-Now apply the Edit Poly Modifier and select the Polygon Mode
In the Edit poly Modifier and make a selection likes this

[3]-Now click on the Extrude button you will see the Extrude Polygons palette is open
Use the following setting your object should like this in the front view

[4]-Again select the Polygon Mode
In the Edit poly Modifier and make a selection likes this

[5]-Now click on the Extrude button you will see the Extrude Polygons palette is open
Use the following setting your object should like this in the front view

[6]-Now apply the Turbo Smooth Modifier and use the following setting
Your object should like this in the front view

[7]-Select the Box right click Convert into Editable poly then select Element mode in the Editable poly
And selection the Whole object opens the Material window then makes a material like this
Assign to the Whole object

[8]-Select the Polygon Mode in the Editable Poly and make a selection like this
Open the Material window An Import Pepsi jpg like this and assign to the
Selection

[9]-After assign the material press (F9) and you will see the final is ready
Save the file in your folder
